Candidate Limit: The Free Plan allows up to 100 candidates for an organization within the first year from the date of signup.
Parent Organizations: If your organization has multiple branches, locations, units, or subsidiaries, the Free Plan still covers only a total of 100 candidates across all entities.
Feature Restrictions: Certain features may be limited in the Free Plan. These restrictions include, but are not limited to:
- File uploads by candidates during subjective exams
- Individual result exports
- Bulk import functionality
Multiple Admin Accounts: Creating multiple admin accounts under the Free Plan is not permitted. Any attempt to do so will result in the automatic deactivation of all associated accounts.
